Microsoft will be retiring the Stream (Classic) interface and replacing it with a new Stream (on SharePoint) interface. Stream (on SharePoint) will allow you to upload your videos to any of the other Office 365 storage areas such as SharePoint, Teams, Yammer or OneDrive.
