Viva Engage (formerly Yammer) will be transitioning to “Native mode” in the coming weeks. Native mode will provide both users and administrators with a more consistent and streamlined Viva Engage experience. This process fully integrates Viva Engage with Microsoft 365 for enhanced security and compliance.
What to expect with Native mode
No end-user impact is expected during the transition period and access to Viva Engage will not be interrupted. Existing communities and groups will be Microsoft 365 connected during the alignment process; data will be migrated to the SharePoint library for each group.
