Starting in Q3 2024, Microsoft plans to roll out Copilot Dashboard and Copilot Academy to all Copilot for Microsoft 365 users at no additional cost. Powered through Microsoft Viva, Copilot Dashboard and Academy are invaluable tools for gathering data on and improving understanding of Microsoft Copilot. The Copilot Dashboard allows administrators and users alike to access qualitative metrics on the ways departments and individuals interact with Copilot, while Copilot Academy promises to be the largest single repository of training and learning information on Copilot and its uses. Both of these additional services will be accessible via Teams Viva integration or the Viva web application, and should serve to continue Penn State’s commitment to integration and incorporation of AI and other cutting edge technologies.
